17. Appendix : Resolution of ACM-ICPC Contest Council China:
To encourage teams from outside of Mainland China to participate China
contest sites, ACM-ICPC Contest Council China will offer China site slots
to those teams from other sub-regions if those teams are placed inside
the qualified lines.

18. Team participating in a contest site outside of their administrative sub-region
and without an advanced agreement with their home site, there will be no WF slot for the team. However, those teams will receive awards, prizes and certificates just like other teams in any Asia regionals. (Refer to Asia rules.)
